Chicory Root Roasted Granules, Caffeine-Free Coffee & Tea Substitute

ROASTED CHICORY ROOT COFFEE (10 min~)

Directions: Place water into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. While it heats, add chicory either to a French press or to the pot with water. When the water comes to a boil, turn off the heat and pour it into the French press. Alternatively, allow the chicory root to steep in the pot. Steep for 5 minutes. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer into a mug. Sweeten and/or add something creamy, as desired, or drink it black. Enjoy your hot cup of Roasted Chicory Root Coffee!

Ingredients (2 servings): - 1 tbsp Blue Lily Roasted Chicory Root Granules - 2 cups filtered water - (Optional) 1/2 cup milk of choice - (Optional) 1 tsp sweetener of choice

CHICORY ROOT MAPLE AND ALMOND MILK LATTE (10-15 min~)

Directions: Brew roasted chicory root granules in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile, bring almond milk to a simmer in a small saucepan. Dissolve maple syrup granules in almond milk. Strain chicory root brew into the almond milk. Stir and pour into two 8-ounce cups. Enjoy!
