French Chicory is a caffeine-free coffee alternative favored by the French, rich in prebiotic inulin for good gut health. Our chicory is sustainably grown and harvested by small-holder farmers in India and family farmers in France. After harvest, the chicory roots are roasted by a small family-owned company in France that has specialized in roasting chicory for generations.
